"content": "on. As we come to the end of the financial year which is ending next week on 30th June, 2009, he is yet to remit an amount of Kshs5 billion to the CDF kitty for 2008/2009 financial year. You will note that in the year that just passed, 2007/2008, the Deputy Prime and Minister for Finance failed to remit an amount of Kshs1 billion to the CDF kitty. Now this year, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance shall not have remitted an amount of Kshs5 billion to the CDF kitty. I just wanted to let the Government know that these hon. Members are anxious to go and spend that money."
