    "content": "However, in an event that you got a child when you were underage, defiled or other accidental instances, we can then look at such issues. It should be provided in an umbrella Children Act so that we do not have bits and pieces of legislation that are dealing with this issue. If we do not do that, somebody else will come and bring another Bill on another aspect of the Children Act and many others. Therefore, we should just have them under one umbrella. Thank you, Hon.
