"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, hon. Members have talked about a task force which is being formed. Yes, the CDF Board is going to spend about Kshs200 million towards that task force because it will go around the country. I want to let you know that it is going to recommend amendments to the CDF Act, but it still remains a matter for this House to see whether such amendments should be passed or not. So, we should not be scared because at the end of the day, they will have something of value. They will have the best practice for us to follow. We know that certain constituencies are doing very well and we want all of them to do extremely well."
