    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for allowing me to add my voice to this important Bill. I have been waiting for it since morning. From the outset, I support the Bill for a number of reasons. One is the increase in National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) by around Ksh50 million. This is a Fund that touches all corners of our country. It has transformed our country. I also support this Bill because of the Ksh50 million set aside for electricity. When I go around my constituency, Kuresoi South, people ask me about electricity, maximising transformers, and installation."
