    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to also support this important Motion. As we go on recess, it is very critical that we reflect on the challenges that we face. One of them is our desire to see a functional Government. The ruling that was made by the Speaker with regard to the Leader of Government Business, a matter which is essentially unresolved up to now, is, indeed, a matter of concern. We hope that during the few weeks that we will be in recess, the Government will reconcile itself and appoint the Leader of Government Business so that we can hold it accountable."
