I support this Bill because it proposes revenue-raising measures and this will give Kenyans an opportunity to benefit from development in their areas. Kenyans will get electricity, school infrastructure, bursaries, subsidies to farmers, and increased milk prices. Sugarcane farmers are going to receive their pending payment arrears, school-going children are going to be fed, and elderly people are going to get cash transfers.
