    "content": "One of the challenges that we are facing in this country today is insecurity. We have cases of carjackings being on the increase. There have also been killings in the city. So, this aspect is of great importance to most of us. However, a matter that has gained currency over the last few days is the situation in Somalia. This situation disturbs all of us. This is because peace in Somalia, as we all know, is peace in this country. We have a continued flow of refugees and small arms into this country because of the situation in Somalia. Therefore, as a Government, we must play a very proactive role. I propose that the Kenya Government should not deploy its troops to Somalia. Not a single officer of our Armed Forces should cross over the border to Somalia. However, let us take care of our internal borders so that we can forestall any risk."
