    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I rise to support the Bill, and I will vote ‘yes’ to it. By voting for this Bill, we will be voting for real issues and not for the negative things that are being said in the media to hype up emotions. Voting for this Bill is voting for Ksh6.8 billion for coffee cherry farmers. It is also voting for the 46,000 JSS teachers on internship to be employed and put on the payroll. We are here to tell our brothers from the opposition that we do not need to hype emotions. We also know the sponsors of the ongoing maandamano and will revisit the matter after the Bill is passed. Thank you."
