The border is, at least, not closed for this food aid to find its way to Somalia, but for one reason or another, the food continues to rot in this country. It is not meant for us. It is meant for Somalia but it is not finding its way there. It is important that the UN moves with speed to prevent the situation from becoming more catastrophic."
