    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, doing this will also reduce the large inflow of refugees into the country daily. The United Nations Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) tells us that at Dadaab Refugee Camp, over 200,000 refugees move in daily. I suggest that in order to reduce the pressure on the camps, sufficient Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) Camps be set up on the Somalia side of the border with Kenya. The UN can move in there and provide relief food supplies to those people in that country, instead of allowing the constant flow of refugees into our country and stretch even further, the resources that we have."
