    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Budget presented by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance was applauded by many people but somehow, he did not increase the CDF to more than 5 per cent. The CDF allocation is 2.5 per cent which is the minimum required by the law. I wish that he had increased the allocation of CDF to even 4 per cent. This is something that we need to pursue because we have been talking of doubling the allocation."
