Member in order to insinuate that locally manufactured goods are substandard? She has said that sanitary pads that are locally manufactured cause infections. I understand that she is also locally manufactured. So, is she also insinuating that she is substandard? She must give accurate information to Kenyans. Locally manufactured goods are of high value, including herself. She is locally manufactured, unless she is confirming that she is substandard. She should substantiate."
