    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to add my voice to this debate. I stand to support the adoption of the Committee’s Report and amendments to the Finance Bill. Kenyans spoke and were heard. Many times, they say they are never heard but, this time around, they were heard. This has significantly changed the content and context of this Bill."
