We have received threats, blackmail and attacks on social media telling us to reject the Bill. I want to ask a question. Allow me to use the analogy of a bag of potatoes. If you have a bag full of potatoes with 10 or 15 rotten ones, are you going to throw away the whole bag of potatoes because of the 15 rotten ones, or are you going to remove them, throw them away and carry the rest of the potatoes to the kitchen to prepare a delicious meal?"
