    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I am saying that the Committee has proposed amendments to the Finance Bill. I agree with Kenyans that there were contentious proposals that we must do away with. I will support the Bill with the proposed amendments. I particularly want to respond to one of the proposals on VAT on financial services and the internet. It was especially going to affect the Gen Z that you are talking about, the hustlers and university students. The proposal to delete that proposed tax is, indeed, commendable."
