    "content": "Finally, the only problem we are fighting in this country, and in this Bill, is the negative connotations and statements that are propagated by the Opposition. Numbers do not lie. Inflation in the economy has dropped from 9 per cent to around 5 per cent over the last one year. The US Dollar has dropped from Ksh165 to Ksh130 or thereabout. Farmers are happy for the subsidised fertilisers. The teachers who have been interns for the last one-and- half years will get a chance to be employed on permanent and pensionable terms. That is a big win for our institutions back home – that is high schools and day schools that do not have teachers."
