(a) My Ministry has not put in place any plans for construction of the proposed road from Embomos to Kuresoi since the road is not classified. The District Roads Committee (DRC) should prioritize this road for inclusion in the annual public roads programme for funding by the Roads Maintenance Levy Fund. (b) In view of the above, my Ministry has not made any budgetary allocations for the road."
