    "content": "In its wisdom, this House passed a budget of Ksh4 trillion. When it comes to finding ways of raising funds to the tune of Ksh300 billion to finance projects in the Budget related to electricity, education, health and agriculture, I hear dissenting voices from those who supported the Budget. They are on the other side, saying they will not support the Finance Bill. They want to hear how we will collect money to finance our affairs. It is about time we stopped hypocrisy. There is a lot of it in political leadership, and I want to call out the leaders who speak from both sides of their mouths."
