    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I, on behalf of the great people of Luanda and the young generation of this country that came out yesterday to speak for itself, reject this Bill. The Finance Bill of 2024, just like that of 2023, has been a highly debated piece of legislation simply because it is very offensive. We agree that if you are given a glass of water and somebody puts a drop of poison in it, that whole glass becomes poisonous and, therefore, unfit for human consumption.
