"content": "At some point during the debate, it was mentioned that we get a Finance Bill in every financial year. We will have a Finance Bill for this year and another one for Financial Year 2025/2026. As much as we want to have Finance Bills every year, it is prudent to have an Act which should be allowed or given time to operationalise. We run it for a time, so that we are able to critically analyse or make observations on its goodness and badness."
