    "content": "We have a lot of minerals like iron ore, copper, graphite, magnesia and nickel. There are smarter ways of how we can utilise and take advantage of our natural resources. I expect that we will focus on the items that are causing some social disorder, like alcohol, by imposing even 100 per cent taxes. But touching on items like bread and sanitary pads will create many faults in this Bill. So, at this point, Hon. Speaker, I oppose this Bill. Thank you."
