    "content": "(b) Only Maji Mazuri Girls’ Secondary School and others with shortages countrywide will be considered in the next recruitment. The shortage of teachers is a national problem which my Ministry is addressing. The Ministry intends to employ an additional 6,000 teachers in the next financial year and at the same time will continue replacing teachers who leave the service through natural attrition."
