    "content": " Hon. Speaker, that is the situation that our young children are finding themselves in, in this country. They have already lost hope. They are not seeing any hope in us as their leaders. Therefore, they have taken it upon themselves to come out to the streets to defend their rights. As they do so, those who are in charge of the instruments of the State, especially the Inspector-General of Police, must be cautioned not to misuse those instruments to interfere with the enjoyment of constitutional rights by Kenyans who are free to picket, demonstrate, do sit-ins and indeed ‘capture’ Parliament because Parliament has seemingly become rogue."
