I was saying that it is important for us not to whip emotions through populist politics at the expense of supporting manufacturers to set up industrial bases in Kenya. That is very important, Hon. Speaker. Looking at the arguments by my colleagues, and going by the Report of the Committee, there will be reduction on some taxes and dropping of other taxes altogether, thus creating a ripple effect on our budget.
