    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, on the issue of reforms in the police, the Constitution had good intention creating the IPOA and the Office of National Police Service Commission (NPSC). However, we have allowed these two offices to be muzzled by the IG. This is where we need to start. If we are talking about recommendations, this is one area that we need to recommend. However, I agree with the colleagues who have said that the IG has failed and he must leave the office through either resignation or removal from office. We have seen deaths under him during the Azimio protest and now during this protest. I support, but with amendments."
