    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, the State corporations are doing redundant work in the county and they are supposed to be abolished. The money in that MDAs can be taken to recruit the current medical interns and JSS teachers. One of the things that touches on the youth is employment. The President said that he created jobs for them internationally. However, as one of the Senators has concluded, it is very difficult for them to get passports until maybe MPs or Senators intervene. Getting a passport is their right and when the President promised them jobs overseas, it means that the systems at the Immigration Department must be simple and transparency for our youth. I support."
