    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government to take note and know that right now, they are not only targeting potatoes. They have also gone to an extent of buying carrots. The areas which are mostly affected are Mau Narok and Molo divisions. I said that they come from neighbouring countries because there is no law that is being followed. The officers of the Ministry and even the security personnel are allowing these businessmen and brokers to exploit our farmers."
