You heard the Senator for Migori talk of his experiences on how he, unfortunately, lost his mother due to lack of very little money, health insurance and such. Many Kenyans are going through this and many of the Gen Z are not insured. Many of the Gen Z and many other Kenyans would want to know how they will be treated when there is a need of this nature, for instance, when you have been shot by police or injured in a road accident and that data has to be availed. One of the major problems was how they were going to transit from the current NHIF to the new regulations and law. I believe that Government institutions go through an automatic transition. They enjoy perpetual succession, but these answers were missing and this is just one institution. The management of this has been part of the bigtime corruption in this country.
