    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. On behalf of the Senate Majority Leader, Sen. Cheruiyot, the Mover of the Motion, I want to thank all the Senators who got the chance to contribute to this particular Motion. I am sure that the people of Busia are very proud of you this evening when they see you endorsing and selecting Busia as the place to go to this year. Apart from the fact that Sen. Osotsi has insisted that if you are going to Busia you must pass through Vihiga, for some of us who come from the lake, it depends with the means which you go with. Some of us, who like going with the chopper, sometimes might want to pass through shortcuts and may not have to pass through Vihiga. However, that was on a lighter note. I look forward to this engagement of the Senate Mashinani in Busia and, therefore, I beg to reply."
