    "content": " Madam Temporary Speaker, as I said, it is not as easy as it may appear sometimes. Our missions are making every effort particularly in the Gulf because sometimes our Kenyans do not even communicate once they have landed and gone to where they are going. We sometimes get to know only when they are in a state of distress. Therefore, these are some of the things we are hoping to overcome as we establish better data and communication networks. I want to assure the hon. Member that we will not tire. We want to do the best we can to support our citizens wherever they are."
