    "content": " Madam Temporary Speaker, first of all the agencies that are registered are available on the National Employment Authority (NEA) website. This information is also shared with the National Government Administration Officers (NGAO). This is how we cascade it through the county commissioners all the way down, so that this information is available at the district and county offices as well.
