Let me start by appreciating the Prime Cabinet Secretary for the good job that we have been doing as far as digital literacy is concerned through the International Certificate of Digital Literacy (ICDL). I take this opportunity to appreciate you. Additionally, I want to inform you that I am the sponsor of the Labour Migration Management Bill that you have mentioned. It is my Bill and we can work together to sort these issues. I have two questions; what memorandum of understanding do you have currently in your office with the Gulf countries where our people are working and are there any rescue centres in these particular regions?
