    "content": " Thank you Madam Temporary Speaker. There are 19 MoUs that are being negotiated on as we speak. We are quite advanced with Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia where we have a few rescue centres. We have a rescue center in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for resources and this is a conversation we had with the Committee on Finance and Budget of Parliament to be able to obtain resources, so that we can put up more rescue centres. That is one of the biggest challenges that we face. Once we have sufficient resources, we shall roll out a few rescue centres."
