    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I am happy to see the Prime Cabinet Secretary even though his view may be a bit blocked, but I hope he is seeing me from where he is. First, I am happy that the Prime Cabinet Secretary is dealing with this issue. I have previously worked in the same position he is working at now. The one thing that has shocked me is that nothing happened to the issues we were talking about 10 years ago. I would like the Prime Cabinet Secretary to tell me that out of all the bilateral labour agreements that he has signed with the various counties, if he has proactively engaged to make it possible that when our people go to get these jobs, they will be assisted in settling in and any other thing that needs to be done. This is because he has said that these agreements are going to be fruitful. Secondly, is the Prime Cabinet Secretary aware of the labour contracting agreements in our country and the reason why our people keep suffering out there as they work in those countries is because most of those agreements are hidden?
