Senators, it is very unfortunate that as Senators, we put a Question in place, the Cabinet Secretary prepares the response, sends a written response, attends the Senate to respond to that Question, and then the Senator is not present. It is very unfortunate. I apologise to the Cabinet Secretary for that, but I have to drop this Question. We also have the provision on our Standing Orders that you can nominate somebody to ask on your behalf if you are not available.
