    "content": "Thank you, Cabinet Secretary, for your answer. However, looking at the first part of the question, which talks about the allocation of funds to the counties between April and June, 2024, the Cabinet Secretary is a bit general on this matter. I thought that he would bring a list of all the counties and what was allocated. This is because the list I have indicates that money for the maintenance of roads, which is outside the Road Maintenance Levy Fund (RMLF) was allocated within that period. Four counties, which include Vihiga County and your County, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, were left out. So, this is the list I would wish the Cabinet Secretary to make reference to; not the RMLF, which as we know, is at 22 per cent while the 10 per cent is for maintenance of roads that link constituencies. I refer him to that listing of funds which were given to the counties between April and June, that indicates that my county got nil.
