    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, with regard to the wind of change, indeed, as hon. Members are aware, the CMA or the Nairobi Stock Exchange in general was being faced with serious governance questions. It was, therefore, important to strengthen the board to deal with some of those challenges. At the same time, as we appointed Mrs. Komora to the board, we also appointed Mr. Cheserem who was previously the Governor of the Central Bank of Kenya, hence bringing in again a wealth of experience in real organising and restructuring public bodies. At the same time, we also brought on board Mr. Mohamed Nyaoga from the private sector. He is a qualified lawyer with strength in the governance field. All this was aimed at strengthening the governance of the CMA."
