"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to assure hon. Mungatana that there is no intention of ignoring the young people of this country. We were faced with specific challenges and we needed specific strengths. Indeed, Mr. Mohamed Nyaoga is of our own generation. Indeed, I believe that by strengthening that organization, we are actually creating room for future generations. We have been faced with serious challenges and if we can improve the governance of that particular institution, it will lead to greater opportunities being created for the young people that the hon. Member is referring to. What is important at this stage is for us to get the Capital Markets Authority back on its feet, taking advantage of the best experience that we have. As we continue, I am sure there will be plenty of room for our young men and women to take on board more responsible positions as we go forward."
