It is perhaps because people were avoiding the recognition that comes with being present during the day of being laid to rest. With this clarity that is now being provided by law, the way Sen. Veronica Maina is proposing, even a child who is not formally recognised in a family need not go and fight and endanger their life if they know that they are not properly appreciated in a family. By law, you are being provided good cover. That is part of the clarification that this proposed Bill is giving. Clause 1(b) states that-"
