    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support the Motion. Indeed, from the outset, a lot has been said and without being repetitive, there are some observations that we should be able to make. One, for good schools, they require efficient management. Two, a good school requires adequate, experienced and well trained teaching staff. For a good school to deliver quality education, it requires adequate physical facilities. Also, we do require, in that good school that we are looking forward to, good and efficient management. That requires good and well trained head teachers and principals on human resource management."
