    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we do appreciate that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance has given the Ministry of Education a lot of support in his Budget. I also commend the Minister for Education for having taken a lot of interest in improving our primary and secondary school education sector. However, it is also important for this House to note that the Government does not have all the resources that we may need to give the best education that this country can afford. On that same note, it is good to commend the private investors. What we require in this area is good policies that consider the lower cadres of our community. Private investments are encouraged in this country, but there is inequality in distribution of places in national schools, where the Government has spent a lot of money in giving the best facilities for the most qualified or the children who have done the best from the primary educational sector. It is equally the same in secondary schools."
