So, I want to give judicial notice to the Chair of the Committee who is going to run the affairs of the Committee of the whole House after you, that every Member should be accorded an opportunity to withdraw his or her amendment at the time the Chair raises the matter on the Floor of the House. That is the position. We are withdrawing all the amendments and reject the Bill in totality. Thank you."
