    "content": " Hon. Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 4. This amendment seeks to reduce the time when foreign exchange losses can be claimed for tax purposes. We are reducing the period from five years to three years. The Committee listened to the stakeholders and recommended to reduce the time from three to five years. This will give businesses longer time to claim losses on their foreign exchange transactions."
