Chair, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 12 of the Bill be amended in the proposed new Clause 18G by inserting the following new subsection immediately after subsection (4)— (5) The Cabinet Secretary may make regulations to give further effect to the provisions of this section. This is to provide that where advance pricing agreements have been made with the Kenya Revenue Authority, they will have to provide regulations. This is in line with the best multi- national practices of OECD countries globally. With that, I beg to move, Hon. Chair."
