Chair, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 19 of the Bill be amended in the proposed new section 34 by inserting the following new subsection immediately after subsection (2)— (3) In this section, ‘person’ does not include a partnership. Hon. Chair, this amendment seeks to clarify that a person does not include a partnership. This was inadvertently left out in the proposal to delete section 34. With that, I beg to move, Hon. Chair."
