    "content": "Secondly, parents from rural areas cannot afford to raise the school fees charged by private academies due to high poverty levels. Therefore, parents in rural areas do not have a choice but to send their children to public schools. So, I agree with the Mover of the Motion that there is need for increasing the Budgetary allocation for public schools, because the majority of our children go to schools in rural areas."
