    "content": "are registered after the construction of one classroom when they do not even have a laboratory or a library and the students are expected to compete with students from other academies. I would like to request the Ministry of Education to go back and start constructing schools. They have left the issue to the CDF. The CDF is made up of only 2 per cent of our total revenue. Most schools are set up by putting up one classroom and after one year, another classroom is set up so that the students can join Form II. By the time the students are doing their final examinations, they will have only four rooms. They will not have a laboratory or a library, and yet the school is registered by the Ministry of Education. I will urge the Ministry of Education, before accepting to register a school, to make sure that the school is properly equipped and has all the facilities so that the students can compete with students from other schools."
