    "content": "THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after Clause 65- 66. Section 6 of the Kenya Roads Board Act is amended in subsection (2) Amendment of Cap.408A by deleting subparagraph (ii) and substituting therefor the following subparagraph- (ii) ten per cent of the allocated funds is allocated in respect of the rural roads for the maintenance or development of rural link roads to be administered by the Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) provided that the allocations to the constituencies shall not fall below the amount allocated to every constituency in the Financial Year 2023/2024."
