    "content": " Hon. Chairlady, we are in agreement with this particular amendment proposed by Hon. Rindikiri. We need to continue making sure that insurance services are penetrable in the country. Our penetration of insurance service remains the lowest in this region. Therefore, this amendment to remove introduction of VAT on insurance brokerage services is a thing for the insurance sector. Therefore, the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning supports this amendment."
