    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I beg to move that the Appropriation Bill (National Assembly Bill No.33 of 2024) be now read a Second Time. I thank all Members who have been participating in this Bill. Before I call the Seconder, let me point out some of the things that we have include in the Bill. We have provided for the confirmation of all the 46,000 Junior Secondary School (JSS) teachers, money for fertiliser and Universal Health Care (UHC) among many things which we debated in the Report.
